Burning questions on the Red Raiders

Seth Jungman of the blog Double T Nation is quickly establishing himself as one of the most astute college football bloggers in the Big 12 region.

Jungman provides some interesting questions and answers on some of the more pressing questions that will be facing Mike Leach and Co. as Texas Tech prepares for the opening of fall camp early next month.

Among his predictions are the emergence of freshman kicker Donnie Carona, worries about the run-stopping abilities of Tech's linebacking corps and the importance of the recovery of tackle Rylan Reed to the offensive line.

Seth nailed the piece. But I would have liked to have seen him address his thought about how Graham Harrell and Michael Crabtree liked staying home in Lubbock earlier this week. I wonder if Tech's two legitimate All-American candidates have any kind of lingering dismay they didn't get to spend at least one of their final days of summer vacation sweltering along with the rest of us at the Big 12's media days.

Seth, just wonderin' ...
