Here are the inactives for Thursday night's Raiders-Chargers game:

San Diego Chargers

QB Charlie Whitehurst (third quarterback)
RB Michael Bennett
FB Billy Latsko
FB Mike Tolbert
G Kynan Forney
T Corey Clark
TE Kris Wilson
OLB Marques Harris

Rookie Jacob Hester will start at fullback in place of Tolbert for the second straight game.

Oakland Raiders

QB Marques Tuiasosopo (third quarterback)
CB Michael Waddell
CB Darrick Brown
LB Ricky Brown
C Jake Grove
T James Marten
WR Ashley Lelie
DE Greyson Gunheim

Johnnie Lee Higgins will start for Lelie, who is out with a head injury. John Wade will play at center for Grove.

The Raiders waived guard Dylan Gandy and replaced him with receiver Jonathan Holland. He was on Oakland's practice squad.
