Here is a transcript from our AFC West chat held earlier Thursday.

The AFC West is arguably the busiest division in football these days with the Chargers preparing of a divisional playoff game at Pittsburgh Sunday, the Broncos trying to replace Mike Shanahan, the Raiders deciding on retaining interim coach Tom Cable or to go out of the franchise for their next head coach and the Chiefs' dance with Scott Pioli.
