I just got word form Casey Pearce of the Chargers that the team got a cool surprise this morning.
The team arrived for its 8 a.m. meeting when coach Norv Turner told the team of a change of plans. Instead of practicing at 9 a.m., the team headed for busses. They were off to Knott's Soak City in Chula Vista.
Yes, the Chargers hit a water park.
With less than three weeks to go from the regular season, Turner thought his team earned this treat. Good move by the coach.
