Cortland Finnegan has started out hot with four interceptions in the first five games of the year. But the Titans' budding star cornerback can expect his opportunities to dry up quickly.

Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News uses Finnegan as an example of how a glass ceiling quickly shows up for a corner putting up pick numbers -- because teams simply stop throwing in his direction.

"Offensive coordinators and quarterbacks say, 'This guy has 10 interceptions so we're not throwing the ball over there,' " Giants cornerback Sam Madison said. "My second year I had eight interceptions. My third year I had seven, my fourth year five."
