The Titans emptied the bench late in their 34-10 blowout win over Kansas City.

Only two guys in uniform didn't play: receiver Chris Davis and quarterback Vince Young.

Jeff Fisher told Nashville reporters Monday that Paul Williams playing ahead of Davis was purely a coach's decision.

He wasn't asked about Young, but it would not have accomplished anything to put him in for Kerry Collins late in the game. The Titans were just going to hand the ball off and all the substitution would have done was stir up potential for controversy where there currently is none.

But game statisticians, for the record, couldn't help but project Young into the game.

In the official "game book" -- the NFL's statistical record of the game -- Young is listed in the "substitutions" area instead of the "did not play" area, where Davis sits alone.
