Vince Young's feet have been a big issue this offseason.
The first thing new offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger worked on with Young was his footwork, and a better base is expected to help his accuracy and put him in better position to step up and be ready to run.
Reebok is counting on those feet right along with the Titans, unveiling a line of VY Electrify cleats and training shoes, according to Business Wire. They are being sold by Dick's Sporting Goods.
A big marketing campaign is underway, including a television commercial that's a retrospective of Young's career from Pop Warner to the NFL.
"I know it takes a lot of faith in an athlete for a company to create a signature product and I will do my best to make Reebok and Dick's Sporting Goods proud," Young said. "As I say in the commercial, 'I play in the greatest football league in the world. Experience, ability, and intuition got me here and I'm better equipped now than ever.' This cleat is awesome and I can't wait to wear it when it counts -- in September."
